This earth expands when we enter it. Have you ever taken a stroll, marched a little further into it? We all have to some extent. We have all bled, or bred. Or been down a cave. Or hid ourselves under a big duvet, away from it all.
This is not a newsletter about bleeding or dying or anything to detract from the mere beauty and incoherency of being alive, in a body, in this chaotic and gorgeous world.
I was hiding under my big heavy rock for so long, writing in the half-dark. Coming here and writing a newsletter for other eyes feels daunting to say the least. Who will see it if anyone? And if they do, what will they take away from it?
Beauty and meaning is in the eye (and heart) of the beholder. We can only behold what we are already holding.
